    All about the role:


    Join us as a Senior Talent Development Specialist and take the lead in crafting and executing dynamic talent development programs aimed at fortifying our leadership prowess and nurturing a robust succession pipeline throughout North America.

    In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our esteemed global and regional Talent Management Centers of Excellence, as well as our dedicated HR Business Partners, to drive impactful initiatives.

    As an integral member of our team, you'll operate as an individual contributor, bringing to the table a strategic vision and an innovative approach to talent and organizational development.

    Located in the vibrant city of Charlotte, NC, within our North American HQ, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our organization while enjoying a dynamic work environment.

    Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development, this role offers the chance to shape the future of talent at Electrolux NA.

    What youll do:


    Partner with the Global COE Learning & Talent Management team, share and influenced them based on our regional needs and co-create and implement leadership program to continue fostering our people leader capabilities.

    Plan, create, implement, and facilitate synchronous and asynchronous programs, establish metrics to measure the impacts and progress towards our goal building leadership.

    Partner with HR-Business partners and senior business leaders to drive change and create a strong culture of people leader and accountability across the organization and NA region.

    Partner closely with our global PSS-Talent Services Team, Data Analytics, HR Business Partners to implement our Global Employee Engagement Survey and drive actions based on the quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

    Design and implement regional program to strength our talent bench for the critical positions identified and the region and develop and implement programs to accelerate the readiness and increase talent retention for talent identify in the succession and talent development processes.


    Qualifications required:


    BA/BS degree in Business, I-O Psychology, or related discipline.6+ years previous experience in Human Resources in the Talent Development, Organizational Development or related field.

    Excellent project management and organization skills.
    Mastery of Microsoft Office programs; particularly Excel and Power Point.
    Self-starter with high change agility and proven success in leading change initiatives.
