Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Opportunities in: Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and surrounding areas

Compensation: $50-$150 per visit (dependent on visit type), PLUS mileage and travel compensation

Status: Full time or PRN

On average, our full time RN's make between $75,000 and $85,000 a year

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, here's an overview of what you'll be doing:

Delivering home-based care to patients dealing with illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions—often post discharge from a medical facility
Collaborating with a team of physicians and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and aides involved in patient care
Assessing patients, documenting progress, and informing their physician about any changes
Educating patients about their care plan, prescribed medications, therapy, diet, and exercise
Guiding family members on the patient's care plan, medications, and home safety measures
Ensuring goals are achieved and facilitating discharge from services

Essential requirements for Home Health Registered Nurses:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
Graduate from an accredited nursing school
Minimum of 1200 hours of experience as an RN
Health care CPR/BLS Certification (demonstration course necessary)
Preferably, experience in home health care
Successful completion of a background check and drug test (THC testing mandatory)
No Covid Vaccination Required
