    Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

    Opportunities in: Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and surrounding areas

    Compensation: $50-$150 per visit (dependent on visit type), PLUS mileage and travel compensation

    Status: Full time or PRN

    As a Home Health Registered Nurse, here's a holistic view of your responsibilities:

    • Deliver in-home care to patients grappling with ailments, injuries, and chronic conditions—often post-discharge from a medical facility
    • Collaborate with a team of physicians while supervising LPNs, CNAs, and aides involved in patient care
    • Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, maintain progress records, and communicate any developments to the attending physician
    • Educate patients on their care plan, prescribed medications, therapeutic measures, dietary requirements, and exercise routines
    • Guide family members on the patient's care plan, medication regimen, and home safety precautions
    • Ensure treatment goals are achieved and coordinate patient discharge from services

    Essential qualifications for Home Health Registered Nurses:

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
    • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
    • Minimum of 1200 hours of RN experience
    • Healthcare CPR/BLS certification (mandatory demonstration course)
    • Previous experience in home health care is desirable
    • Successful completion of a background check and drug test (testing for THC is mandatory)
    • Covid vaccination not required
