    Description of Duties:

    The Business Analyst role involves conducting interviews, leading meetings, and ensuring timely deliverables for the state of Indiana.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Experience with ERP systems for procurement and financial consulting (preferably Workday or Oracle Cloud).
    • Conducting interviews following State guidelines to gather business information for Finance and HCM Functions.
    • Facilitating Status Meetings as per contract agreements.
    • Flexibility for virtual and in-person meetings.
    • Ability to handle complex tasks and collaborate effectively.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changes.
    • Continuous learning and growth mindset.
    • Open to feedback for personal and professional development.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Note: This is a full-time position based in Indianapolis, IN with no relocation assistance provided.
