Job Description

As a security employee, your main responsibilities will include welcoming and controlling access at a residential facility. You will ensure that no unauthorized persons are present on the premises. Conducting patrols, rounds, and lock-up procedures will also be part of your daily tasks.

In case of any issues, you will be the first point of contact for the residents and will handle situations professionally and friendly.

Overall, you will ensure order and safety in the building for the residents. The willingness to work both day and night shifts is required.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of competence according to 34a GewO
  • First aid training
  • Fire protection training
  • Clean criminal record
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Serviceoriented thinking and acting
Additional Information

  • Salary according to collective agreement + additional pay for night and weekend shifts
  • 26 vacation days
  • Fulltime or parttime employment possible
