Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Batavia, IA

We are currently seeking a customer service representative for our client in Bochum-Laer to start as soon as possible for a long-term position with the option of permanent employment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

We offer:

Your responsibilities as a customer service representative include:

Scheduling appointments for consultations
Handling complaints
Answering phone calls
Email correspondence with customers

NO SALES INVOLVED

Your profile as a customer service representative:

Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Communication skills, helpfulness, team spirit
Desirable, but not mandatory: previous experience in customer service

Bochum is close to Dortmund, Essen, Castrop-Rauxel, Gelsenkirchen, Herne, Hattingen, Sprockhövel, Wetter and Witten.
