Your Responsibilities:


  • Examination, drafting, and negotiation of contracts with external partners
  • Legal advice for corporate units in national and international contexts
  • Legal support for various (crossfunctional) projects, including M&A
  • Management of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
  • Coordination and supervision of external law firms
  • If interested: Implementation of new Legal Tech tools within the company

Your Profile:


  • Successful completion of the first and second state examination in law
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or company with a focus on business law
  • Expertise in general commercial, contract, and corporate law; knowledge of antitrust law is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to explain legal matters in a clear and understandable manner to nonlawyers and to support corporate units with a handson mentality
  • Entrepreneurial and solutionoriented mindset
  • Independent and selfmotivated work style
  • Willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics
  • Enjoyment of working in an international environment
