'For a client inHamburg, we are currently looking for an
Onsite Supporter (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
- Qualified handling of technical issues via ticket system and email regarding software and hardware problems
- Prioritization, classification, and documentation of issues in the ticket system
- Troubleshooting and providing initial solutions through onsite or remote support
- Setting up and dismantling hardware components
- Conducting office moves
- Maintaining asset data
- Forwarding issues to downstream units
- Maintaining and documenting knowledge database
- Supporting IT projects
- Continuously optimizing operational processes and structures
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- Proficient in Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of ticket and remote tools, and enjoyment of documentation
- Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of English is advantageous
- Knowledge of ITIL, LAN, WAN, and VPN is desirable
