- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical specifications. Prepare comprehensive project reports for senior management review.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team. Solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and implement process enhancements accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of SolidWorks, JDE ERP Software, and Smartsheet a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on engineering or technical projects. Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and challenges.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets.
