Minimum QualificationsFive (5) years of experience in an IT Project Management roleTwo (2) engagements lasting more than six months in an IT Project Manager role

Desired SkillsDemonstrable leadership abilityAbility to direct & manage project development from beginning to endAbility to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholdersAbility to estimate project resource requirements and participants needed to achieve goals including changes during where necessaryAbility to identify and manage project dependencies and critical pathAbility to establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverablesAbility to manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises or issues, and devise contingency plans as appropriateAbility to communicate project plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely & clear fashion when necessaryAbility to manage multiple smaller projectsPMP certification
