    Since 1972, Therapeutic Health Services (THS) has been offering evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and compassionate behavioral health treatment programs and services for children, youth, and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. Join our team in Seattle as a Wise Program Youth Partner to make a meaningful impact!

    Responsibilities:

    • Support families in understanding the agency and WISe process
    • Participate in WISe CFT meetings to ensure family voice and choice
    • Act as a bridge between families and system representatives
    • Offer non-judgmental support to parents/caregivers
    • Develop crisis management plans with families

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • WA state Peer Counselor certification needed
    • Must obtain certification within 6 months of hire
    • Complete WISe training within 6 months of hire
    • Valid driver's license and insurance required
