- Support families in understanding the agency and WISe process
- Participate in WISe CFT meetings to ensure family voice and choice
- Act as a bridge between families and system representatives
- Offer non-judgmental support to parents/caregivers
- Develop crisis management plans with families
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- WA state Peer Counselor certification needed
- Must obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Complete WISe training within 6 months of hire
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
