    Description

    This position is based in Georgia. If you are hired and do not reside in GA, relocation to Georgia will be necessary.


    In this opportunity, you'll be responsible for:

    • Building People by recruiting, developing, and retaining individuals who embody Thrive's culture with their unique skills and passions.
    • Building Census by demonstrating strategic thinking and adaptability, and empowering the Community Relations Director.
    • Building Profit by maximizing profits through effective management of labor and food costs within set budget parameters.
    • Collaborating and fostering strong relationships through clear communication.

    About the company: Thrive Senior Living is currently seeking a dynamic Community President (Executive Director) who will play a key role in building a positive environment for both employees and residents while focusing on community operations.

    The ideal candidate will be adept at Building People, Building Census, and Building Profit, in alignment with Thrive's values and goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Community operations by engaging with and overseeing various departments.
    • Ensure a healthy census by actively participating in inquiries and community marketing efforts.
    • Recruit, train, motivate, supervise, and evaluate Community staff.
    • Ensure quality resident care is maintained in line with company policies and budget goals.
    • Oversee compliance with established standards and regulations.
    • Maintain budget control and implement cost containment strategies.
    • Address maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
    • Handle reports, complaints, inspections, audits, and emergencies effectively.
    • Participate in team activities and problem-solving initiatives.
    • Promote a positive atmosphere focusing on resident well-being and health care.
    • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and reliability in all interactions.
    • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and commitment to quality.
    • Emphasize accuracy, thoroughness, and continuous improvement.
    • Consistently meet productivity goals and deadlines.
    • Develop and execute strategies to maintain quality and service standards.
    • Engage in regular reviews and goal-setting sessions with team leaders.
    • Establish and maintain resources and guides for families.
    • Implement and integrate the Thrive Sales Hexagon approach.
    • Work towards achieving full occupancy with a waiting list.
    • Contribute to meeting quarterly financial objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in development, marketing, and decision-making.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving abilities.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
