Summary/Objective:
Lippert is hiring a Recruiter to support our fast-growing organization We're seeking someone who loves the hunt, knows how to strategically find the most qualified talent around, wherever they may be, and has the skills to build long-lasting relationships.
This recruiter will support several teams within Lippert including Corporate and Operational roles across the United States.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage high volume applicant pipelines and close offers.
- Successfully lead recruiting strategies to deliver timely results on behalf of our business clients.
- Manage job postings on internal and external sites
- Maintain ATS data integrity
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, salaried position. Expected hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, overtime and weekend work is possible.
Travel:
Travel will be mínimal and would be primarily local during the business day.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of manufacturing, corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including full life cycle.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience working in a high volume, high hiring bar environment.
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Selfsufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
