As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking an ITK system administrator and telecommunications expert (m/f/d) for direct placement in Bremen.


Your responsibilities:


  • Ensuring availability of telecommunications solutions and related applications
  • Maintaining operation of telecommunications systems while adhering to quality standards
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of responsible systems, potentially onsite at the customer's location
  • Handling incident management and fulfilling standard requests in daytoday operations
  • Documenting systems, contributing to and implementing concepts for optimizing system operation and increasing reliability
  • Implementing solutions, projects, and products

Your profile:


  • You have completed a relevant technical apprenticeship
  • Knowledge and certifications in the field of telecommunications systems and solutions, particularly from manufacturers Unify (OS4000) and Alcatel (OXE)
  • Good understanding of IT technologies (e.g. IP networks and PC operating systems)
  • Independent and decisive, with analytical and structured thinking and action
  • Teamoriented, conflict resolution skills, resilience, reliability, and willingness to take responsibility
  • Serviceoriented, open to change, and proactive
  • Class 3 driver's license (B) and availability for oncall duty
