Selecting the best partners on the procurement markets in terms of technology, quality, price, delivery reliability and flexibility - that is the task of our procurement department.

As a sub-department, the "General Services" department is the direct contact for general requirements within the company.

  • You actively participate in the organization of the department which includes fleet management, catering and support processes for the entire company.
  • Creating presentations and concept papers for various target groups is also part of your area of responsibility, as well as pre and postprocessing of project meetings and workshops, including creating and sending meeting minutes.
  • You actively support us in optimizing existing processes.
  • In addition, your tasks include scheduling appointments with workshops and car dealerships for pool vehicles.
  • You assist colleagues with filing and managing documents.
  • In addition, you process tickets in the ticket system.
