    General Description

    The CFO is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to the group corporation and its subsidiaries. They oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring financial stability, compliance with regulations, and optimal financial performance.

    Responsibilities


    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with the group's objectives.
    • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decisionmaking processes.

    Financial Reporting and Compliance:

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws across all entities within the group.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess financial risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's assets and interests.
    • Monitor and manage financial exposures, such as currency risks, interest rate risks, and credit risks.

    Capital Management:

    • Optimize capital structure and funding strategies to support business growth and expansion plans.
    • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure necessary funding and capital resources.

    Financial Operations:

    • Oversee financial operations including treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and investment management.
    • Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability in financial transactions.
    • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
    • Lead financial due diligence processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
    • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking in M&A activities.

    Stakeholder Relations:

    • Collaborate with senior management, board of directors, and external auditors on financial matters, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives.
    • Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively to stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA/CFA certification is often preferred.
    • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior financial management roles, with a track record of financial leadership in complex organizations or group corporations.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
    • Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $240, $280,000.00 per year
