    ENT and Allergy Associates, New York & New Jersey's top ENT and Allergy medical practice, is in search of a dedicated, patient-focused part-time licensed Audiologist for our Hackensack office.

    We are a leading multi-site ENT practice looking to grow our team of audiologists in the New York and New Jersey region due to our expanding business. If you are a skilled Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist, if you are motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic about improving patients' hearing abilities, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise and possess effective counseling skills to establish a strong rapport with patients.

    Our Audiologists play an essential role in our practice and receive continuous training, support, and development opportunities, including paid CEU's. We utilize the latest fitting procedures to meet the needs of today's informed consumers in a rapidly evolving market, ensuring access to top resources to deliver high-quality instruments and services to our patients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build rapport with patients, perform audiometric tests, offer counseling, and provide recommendations for hearing aids
    • Conduct diagnostic testing
    • Create ear impressions, order instruments, and ear molds
    • Program hearing aids
    • Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, inquiries, or issues
    • Maintain patient files and documentation
    • Manage schedule efficiently to maximize patient care
    • Support and guide team members to achieve practice objectives

    Requirements:

    Master's Degree in Audiology with preference for Au.D.
    Active and up-to-date hearing aid dispensing license


    Preferred Qualities:

    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to collaborate in a team setting
    • Professional interaction with patients, colleagues, and physicians
