    The hourly pay for this role amounts to $16.00, but the actual starting compensation can vary based on location, experience, and skills.

    Responsibilities

    What You'll Be Doing Daily:
    • Engage with customers in-person to process various Ria products like money transfers and currency exchange;
    • Accurately handle and input customer information into our systems;
    • Assist customers courteously with inquiries and resolve service-related issues;
    • Identify problems, offer solutions or escalate matters as needed;
    • Stay updated on Ria's services, products, and protocols;
    • Manage cash transactions and prepare deposits;
    • Maintain daily transaction records;
    • Perform any additional tasks delegated by colleagues or supervisors.

    Qualifications

    We're Looking for:
    • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends;
    • Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel;
    • Prior experience in cash handling is a plus;
    • Exceptional customer service abilities;
    • A valid work permit.

    Your positive attitude and effective communication will be vital in collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
