    Ashley Furniture - Retail Sales Associate Position

    As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you have the opportunity to do more than just sell products; you get to transform store visitors into loyal customers.

    As the go-to person for home furnishing expertise, you'll inspire and excite guests about Ashley's offerings, helping them create living spaces they adore.

    This role is perfect for sales professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a focus on customer satisfaction, and a love for the retail lifestyle environment.


    What You'll Do
    • Excel in an environment that values top-notch service and delights customers.
    • Provide exceptional service to every customer, maintaining a professional and friendly presence at all times.
    • Efficiently process sales orders and assist customers with financing matters.
    • Handle customer concerns independently when possible.
    • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including managing inventory and ensuring loss prevention.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets while meeting performance standards.
    • Take on additional tasks as needed by management.

    • What You Bring
    • Authorized to work in the US.
    • Minimum of 18 years of age.
    • Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Prior customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
    • Enjoy engaging with others and possess strong communication skills.
    • Thrives in a customer-focused and service-driven environment.
    • Reliable and punctual in attendance.
