- Conduct and document event and monthly inventory audits, preparing starting inventories for bars and concessions.
- Review past event histories to predict product usage and ensure proper rotation of inventory.
- Place orders to vendors, write purchase orders, and manage inventory in storage rooms.
- Contact vendors for product credit and maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment.
- Coordinate equipment transfers between buildings for events and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper set-up and removal of equipment at bar and concession stands.
- Supervise replenishment of products during events and oversee bar backs and concessions runners.
- Coordinate draft beer equipment repair and maintain sanitation standards in bar and concession locations.
- Recycle materials left over from events and ensure compliance with health department standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of food preparation experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work without close supervision.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Primarily indoor work with some outdoor tasks.
- Involves walking, lifting heavy objects, and high-exertion activities.
- Requires flexibility, initiative, problem-solving, and working under pressure.
