- 10+ years of experience in Shipboard, Airborne, Ground or Sub-Surface communications
- 5+ years of experience with COMSEC and Electronic Warfare
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Security Cooperation (SC) and defense industry partner's best practices and procedures
- Experience working in service headquarters or with senior government offi cials
- Experience with Information and Cryptographic Operations
- Experience with Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) to support U.S. Navy managed security cooperation cases in development
- Knowledge of unclassified and classified networks
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with working across Defense and interagency partners to inform and support policy analysis decisions
- Knowledge of DoD Tactical Data Links (TDLs), Global Positioning System (GPS) and all associated ancillary equipment in support of FMS customer requirements and sales
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
