    Job Title: Full-Time School Psychologist - Chicago, IL

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed in school and beyond.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
    • Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to address students' social and emotional needs
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and develop appropriate interventions
    • Support the implementation of school-wide positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
    • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
    • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
    • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
    • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist preferred
    • Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
    • Commitment to promoting equity and inclusion in education
