    What You'll Do:

    Our Traeger IT team is seeking an experienced IT Ops Manager to lead our Help Desk team and supervise our company's corporate IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, on-premises network/WiFi, conference room technologies, and device management across all our offices/locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with specific experience in overseeing Help Desk operations and System Administration. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. This position will work with our Security and DevOps teams to ensure our IT systems are secure and reliable, and that the Traeger IT Help Desk team remains responsive, enabled, and proficient to support our growing global organization.

    How You'll Help Us Win:
    • Team Management: leading the Help Desk and SysAdmin teams to deliver excellent technical support and customer service, ensuring IT support adheres to service level agreements, providing 24/7 global support, monitoring performance, and managing vendor relationships.
    • Microsoft 365 and AD Management: The role requires extensive knowledge of the Azure Management Console and Windows Server, along with managing the company's Microsoft 365 environment and Active Directory services to ensure best practices in organizational security.
    • Network/System Administration: overseeing the maintenance and standardization of network infrastructure to ensure security and performance, managing Microsoft Teams Rooms technology, and updating the team's support documentation.
    • Asset Management: implementing device management policies, tracking inventory, ensuring device compliance with security updates, and managing the budget for computer equipment and software to meet business needs.
    • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Manage, develop and implement Jira Service Management and related support tools to provide the best experience for end-users, as well as Help Desk staff.
    • Azure Cloud Administration.
    What You'll Need to Succeed:
    • Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or commiserate years of professional experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on managing Help Desk team, System Administrators, and general IT operations.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Defender Administration, as well as familiarity with MDM Software, such as MS Intune, and Kandji
    • Proficiency with ITIL, Data Retention and Compliance concepts and best practices
    • Familiarity with audio visual equipment that supports meeting spaces
    • Experience managing Jira Service Management workflows, and a general understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem.
