- Establish and maintain Curatio Medical Institute's Nurse Aide Education Program standards and values.
- Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to develop and annually review the Nurse Aide Course curriculum.
- Facilitate instruction and clinics in collaboration with UVA Community Health and Prince William Medical Center.
- Perform certification checks, maintain school equipment, and ensure compliance with Virginia Board of Nursing standards.
- Facilitate instruction, clinics, and day-to-day operations in collaboration with UVA Community Health and Prince William Medical Center.
- Attend meetings with the Virginia Board of Nursing, clinical leaders, CEO, and primary instructors as a curriculum expert.
- Ensure all learning activities, quizzes, exams, and materials align with the curriculum.
- Assist in resolving student and staff issues.
- Guide students on course progress and participate in academic activities.
- Conduct student evaluations, observe and assess theory and clinical progress, and maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
- Guide and communicate with the assistant instructors and resource instructors to align with program objectives.
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with staff/faculty.
- Keep records of staff and students in a secured location.
- Ensure students perform services after proper instruction and competence assessment.
- Ensure the implementation of the policy and procedures of the Curatio Medical Institute are upheld.
- Develop faculty guidelines for student learning outcomes.
- Proficiently use online platforms for teaching and communication.
- Participate in on-site compliance reviews by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
- Provide leadership in formulating Nurse Aide Training Program goals and objectives.
- Maintain current professional practice licensures and certifications per Virginia Board of Nursing guidelines.
- Current RN Licensure in Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on nursing aid training.
- Previous experience in program coordination and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Virginia Board of Nursing regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Nurse Aide Course Program Coordinator plays a vital role in developing and overseeing day-to-day operations and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Curatio Nurse Aide Course. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to curriculum development and compliance, operational oversight, student process and support, and regulatory compliance.
