Five Star Home Health Care was awarded the CMS GUIDE program for dementia.

We are seeking an operations coordinator to assist with:

• answering calls and triaging questions

- scheduling appointments
- billing and payroll processing
- data entry
- generating and distributing reports


Various background accepted:

• B. S. degree in Social Work, Health Administration or Health Systems
• MBA with healthrelated undergraduate degree

- experience with dementia, Alzheimer's and brain health is highly preferred


Pay:
$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
