What will you be doing? _You will be working 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes._

What you have:


  • Minimum of
    60 college credits completed
  • Minimum six months of
    paid or unpaid experience working with children
  • Bachelor's degree and work experience serving people with developmental disabilities
    preferred:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines

How we're different:


Compensation:
Up to $23 an hour dependent on education, credentialing and experience

Part-Time (minimum 15+ hours per week)
AND Full-Time opportunities(including benefits)

  • Medical, Dental, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, Sick Time, Mileage Reimbursement, and Paid Travel Time ($16.78/hour)
  • Fulltime ECI's accrue two weeks of PTO per year
