Entry-level, part-time, 25 hours/week

Your responsibilities:

Your customers would do anything for their pets, and you will do everything to provide them with a firstclass shopping experience at Fressnapf
Whether it's dealing with food intolerances or finding the perfect toy for their pet, you are their goto person
You will handle incoming and outgoing goods as well as orders from start to finish
You are attentive and think ahead: while carefully handling transactions, you also inform customers about current offers
The eye also buys: That's why your customers will always find wellpresented products in a clean and tidy store

You love animals and can use this passion to inspire your customers
With your communicative nature, you can win over customers for our products and services
We will support your interest in animalrelated topics by providing you with the necessary expertise
