Job Description Trusted strategic advisor to all functional subject areas of the CosMcs team, including McDonalds Corporate EVP, Marketing and VP, New Business Ventures Proactively influencing decision-making within the CosMcs team through leadership, analytics, strategic insights, story-telling and orchestration Owning CosMcs analytics strategy: designing, building and implementing innovative reporting that resulting in positive action and change Analyzing all CosMcs financial results against agreed pilot success criteria, working cross-functionally with the team to address any opportunities across all areas of our economic model, including: Construction, Real Estate and Equipment investment costs Sales results and incrementality of the concept Economics of specific areas of our concept (e.g. Loyalty)

Menu pricing, supply chain costs, menu composition and gross margin CosMcs labor model and all other P&L costs Developing the narrative on CosMcs pilot restaurant performance and communicating that narrative with senior leadership and the CosMcs team Lead competitive intelligence, analysis and insights to monitor the ever-changing industry and external environment Build pro-forma financials for each of our CosMcs site types to inform potential future scale decision Contributing to early ideation of the future of CosMcs across multiple areas (for example:

Real Estate strategy, Franchising, Corporate Structure) Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics; MBA preferred 5 years professional experience, previous experience in strategy, analytics, & insights for a large organization is a plus Customer-focused strategic problem solver with the ability to see how data connects and impacts the overall business Effective leadership and presentation skills, with an ability to influence high risk decisions Strong prioritization, problem solving and project management skills (from conception to completion) Self-motivated with the ability to establish and meet deadlines Comfortable with ambiguity Operates effectively in a team-based environment Willing to travel domestically (travel to Texas maybe required) Additional Information McDonalds is an equal opportunity employer committed to the diversity of our workforce.
