ABOUT THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Finance Team and account staff with time, expense and purchase order support on a monthly basis.
- Assist in special projects as assigned.
- Assist with development of internal budgets, forecasts and projections.
- Assist with monthly P&L forecasting and budgeting support.
- Calculate and project monthly revenues based on active contracts and client billings.
- Coordinate data collection for client audits.
- Distribute aged receivables reports to management; assist in collecting commentary and liaise with Accounts Receivable.
- Identify pain points within the project network and proactively lead training and development to build efficiencies.
- Maintain and assist in the preparation of client contracts, as needed.
- Manage monthly billing process and deliverables
- Ownership of GFS system responsibilities including, not limited to client/project set up, contract requests, service orders, MTRs, proformas, POs, time and expense management, project closing, etc.
- Ownership of NY subscriptions/tools tracking and management.
- Partner with Project Manager to prepare client budgets and staffing in line with statements of work.
- Prepare and/or review management reporting and flag issues.
- Review missing time reports weekly and follow up with delinquencies.
- Review monthly fee and expense details pull back up as needed and ensure proper coding of expenses.
- Run financial queries upon staff request.
- Support client and project set up process and ensure proper project maintenance.
- Support the department by maintaining files, contracts and other relevant documentation.
- Take responsibility for personal growth and development using available resources such as onthejob training, coaching and mentoring programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Attention to detail, following through on multiple projects and handling various tasks, in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, or business degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong time management skills.
- Well organized with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accuracy in data entry, query and report extraction.
- Commit to continuous learning to improve tactical skills, including online and onthejob training.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Zeno's values, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
- Strong excel skills and/or a desire to sharpen current skills.
- Strong organization skills: maintaining files, contracts, invoices, scopes of work, tracking documents and other relevant documentation.
_ Pay range:
$66,000 to $108,000/year USD_
_ An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits._
