PROJECT MANAGER ARCHITECT (m|w|d)

for our locations in Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Project management of challenging building projects, primarily in phases 2 to
  • Development and creation of all phasespecific planning documents (BIM modeling, plan sections, modelbased quantity and cost estimations, reports, etc.)
  • Planning of the planning (deadlines, costs, resources)
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines in the development of the planning
  • Planning coordination (including coordination and integration of internal and external specialist planning), using BIM
Your profile

  • Completed degree in architecture
  • Professional experience in the field required
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines
  • Knowledge of fee and legal issues (BGB, HOAI, VOB) advantageous
  • Knowledge of building construction and detailed planning required
  • Structured and responsible way of working
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of commitment
  • Experience with objectoriented 3D planning (BIM) and Revit required
  • Desired software skills: Enscape, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, R
