We are looking for a:

Commercial Clerk in Sales Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:


  • Entering master data and prescription data
  • Processing cost coverage requests to statutory health insurance companies
  • Creating invoices for payers
  • Telephone consultation with our customers regarding services, products, and therapy methods
  • Coordination between sales support, warehouse/shipping, and field sales
  • Tour planning and coordination with patients

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Proficient in using PC and Office applications
  • Friendly demeanor and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
