Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals
Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary
Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to enhance longterm outcomes
Stay uptodate on the latest research and advancements in the field of physical therapy to provide the highest standard of care

Qualifications and Skills:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong clinical reasoning and decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
