Your Responsibilities:

° Organizing our office management at our Markdorf location, including general correspondence, telephone switchboard, visitor reception, ordering office supplies, etc.

° Managing our marketing activities, including our social media channels.

° Assisting with accounting tasks, such as invoicing and debt collection, and collaborating with our tax office.

° Completing additional administrative tasks and supporting our trade show and event teams.


What We're Looking For:

° A completed commercial apprenticeship with at least 3 years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree provides a good foundation.

° You are not afraid of business correspondence (customer calls, emails) - fluent German and English are required.

° You are proficient in common MS Office applications and can quickly familiarize yourself with CRM systems.

° A strong affinity for numbers and experience with DATEV are advantageous.

° Your colleagues appreciate your friendly nature, communication skills, and attention to detail.

° Independent and reliable work are also among your strengths, as well as dedication and enjoyment of working in a motivated team.
