- Lead activities to gather VoC and driven/market intelligence to understand the needs of customers and advise roadmap strategies and priorities
- Build compelling value propositions and financial models, based on sound business rationale, to support product development funding and articulate return on investment
- Lead prioritized list of ideas and products, make recommendations, and support the internal promotion of new product innovation
- Successfully use and interpret qualitative and quantitative research to identify key industry trends
- Deliver innovative solutions by proactively seeking out and welcoming input from others
- Have a continuous improvement mentality, be open to doing things differently, while delivering short and long term results
- Represent our customers and team members in the new product development process and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results
- Leverage core proficiencies and the strategic assets of the organization to enhance product development and commercial launch planning
- Lead the product lifecycle management (PLCM) plan for your portfolio as it relates to commercial launch strategies of new products and phase out at end of life.
- Assist in the development of new marketing tools and training materials to support new product launch success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent field of study.
- 4+ years of marketing and/or product management experience within a B2B technical environment, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through commercialization of products.
- Experience working in B2B environments with exposure to large-scale projects and cross-functional involvement in a variety of areas.
- Qualitative and quantitative market research skills.
- Strong presentation abilities, with experience addressing a wide range of audiences including corporate executives, customers, and partners.
- Validated experience in leading daring product planning strategies and listening and applying customer insight to identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Ability to travel 40% of time, domestic and international.
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Knowledgeable of the biomedical testing, healthcare, and radiation safety industries
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

National: The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $117,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
