For our Elbe Nord facility at the Meiendorfer Mühlenweg location, we are looking for an electrician/electronics technician as a specialist for work and vocational training (m/f/d) starting on March 1, 2024.

The position covers 100% of the collective weekly working hours and is to be filled on a permanent basis.

Your tasks:

  • Organizing processes and ensuring the quality of work results in a group with at least twelve employees
  • Developing the skills and abilities of employees in light of individual participation desires and participation planning
  • Strengthening the independence of employees (empowerment approach)
  • Technical instruction and qualification for employees
  • Order processing and execution, creating delivery documents
  • Setting up machines for cable assembly and creating simple fixtures
  • Adhering to customer deadlines
  • Quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001
