Responsibilities:


  • You will lead a living area with 28 residents.
  • You ensure a high level of satisfaction among the residents in your living area.
  • You are responsible for the medical and nursing care of the residents.
  • You plan and document the care processes of the people entrusted to you with responsibility.
  • You write the duty roster for your living area.
  • You ensure smooth cooperation between different professional groups.
  • You conduct nursing visits.
  • You accompany trainees and interns.
  • You organize and accompany doctor's visits.
  • You regularly hold team meetings in your living area.
