As a construction mechanic at Mira Monte, you will learn manual dexterity and the basic skills of metal processing, up to the most modern control technology. You will work individually or in a team on projects to continuously improve production. You will manufacture steel and sheet metal constructions and use manual and mechanical processes to produce individual components from sheets, profiles, and pipes, and assemble them. This profession requires a lot of know-how and intuition.

  • Duration of training: 3.5 years
  • Vocational school: Berufskolleg für Technik Ahaus (BTA)
  • Training in the training workshop and in specific departments

  • Machining, such as turning and milling
  • Assembly of pneumatic controls
  • Constructions in metal and vehicle construction
