- Delivery, installation, and configuration of advanced audio video systems and networking in residential and commercial environments creating a positive customer experience.
- Mounting, cable management, power management, and supporting functionality of products to exceed customer expectations.
- Assist with Customer Support and problem solving with installation and service calls.
- Loading products and equipment into company vehicle with zero damage; travel back and forth to the job site safely and timely, maintaining the company vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.
- Working in customers' homes providing exceptional customer service.
- Job site clean-up and maintaining clean working areas leaving it better than when we got there.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 18+ years of age
- Previous custom audio video installation experience preferred, but not required
- Clean driving record
- Physical ability to carry/ lift/ push/ pull weight up to 75 pounds alone or up to 150 pounds as part of a team, as well as walk, crawl, and work in difficult positions
- Work at heights on ladders and lifts
- General knowledge of residential construction and electrical
- Positive attitude
- Ability to be self-motivated, detail oriented, and work without supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with co-workers, clients, and tech support
- Strong problem-solving skills, related to technical troubleshooting of AV systems a plus.
- $18-26/ hour based on experience
