Job Summary:

The F&I Manager at Cerritos Nissan & Infiniti is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations of the dealership.

This is a full-time, hourly sales position in the automotive industry.

The role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service while maximizing dealership profits through the sale of finance and insurance products.

The F&I Manager will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $200,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers, including extended warranties, vehicle service contracts, and gap insurance
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers
Work with sales team to ensure all customer paperwork is complete and accurate
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to finance and insurance sales
Train and mentor sales team on finance and insurance processes and products
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
Develop and implement strategies to increase finance and insurance sales and profitability
Handle customer complaints and inquiries related to finance and insurance products
Monitor and track finance and insurance metrics and report to management on a regular basis
Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance
Demonstrated knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
