Responsibilities:

  • Ticket recording including processing in 1st and/or 2nd level
  • Configuration, installation and administration of Windows servers, clients and peripherals
  • Support of customers, mostly remote but also onsite, in all ITrelated questions
  • Independent management of IT projects
  • Support and advice to our customers in implementing their IT strategy

Qualifications:

  • Education in an electrical engineering profession, e.g. IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT system electronics technician (m/f/d), network technician (m/f/d) or a comparable IT education
  • Commitment, independent work style and strong communication skills
  • Teamwork and confident appearance
  • Remote maintenance and error analysis of network components
  • Knowledge and practical experience in the field of virtualization technologies (especially Hyper-V), hardware systems (clients and servers), network technology and storage environments
  • Class B driver's license
