- An 18-month trainee program with up to 5 rotations in Germany and abroad (mainly UK, NL)
- Participation in (international) project business throughout the entire project life cycle
- Rotations in various technology areas of the RWE Generation Group, such as Hydro & Storage, Hydrogen, Biomass, or Gas
- Insights into other areas such as strategy, business development, asset management, engineering & outage, technical innovation, sustainability management, and more
- Completed Master's degree in mechanical engineering
- Relevant internships or initial work experience
- Enjoyment of working in an international team within the energy sector
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as a high level of initiative, responsibility, and commitment
- Willingness to travel extensively in Germany and abroad
