We are looking for a
Customer Onboarding Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Gamewell, NC. This position offers the possibility to work from home.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent and processoriented handling of commercial customer onboarding
  • Preparation of new customer data and obtaining information and reports
  • Support in the targeted processing of collection engagements
  • Creating and processing overviews and data
  • Requesting archive documents
  • Support in process optimization

Your qualifications:


  • Good comprehension and ability/willingness to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience in independent organization of work, proper handling of tasks
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Confident in telephone communication with clients
  • Desired: Basic understanding of banking
