Medical University of Hannover
Our goal is to hire you on a permanent basis after a certain period of time.
Your responsibilities:
- Purchasing of IT hardware/software and IT services
- Conducting and documenting public tenders
- Price inquiries and offer analysis
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Processing invoices and handling complaints
Your qualifications:
- Proof of the following vaccinations is required: measles and COVID1
- Commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
- Experience in purchasing
- Good knowledge of SAP-MM
- Good MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Ideally, knowledge of public procurement law, in particular VgV, UVgO and VOB/A
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
