Plans, monitors and directs multidisciplinary strategically important projects across Piedmont Healthcare (PHC). Projects are completed with freedom and initiative, and with accountability to achieve corporate targets. Provides high quality project management and analysis for an array of clinical and operational issues. Partners with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative.
Oversees plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a closely related field is required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree OR three (3) years of progressively responsible and relevant experience required with a Masters degree.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience leading a cross functional, enterprise-wide complex project in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Exceptional organization skills required.
Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
