Responsibilities

As a competent leader, you will oversee our construction projects in the field of technical building equipment for commercial clients, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and water networks.
You will plan new systems, create accurate offers, and always keep customer needs and costs in mind.
This also includes managing material procurement, as well as coordinating installation and personnel planning, and providing expertise in areas such as measurement creation, acceptance, contract management, and invoicing.
You will be responsible for on-site project management and providing support to our clients, ensuring a diverse and dynamic work experience.
With clear instructions and a good sense of tact, you will coordinate our installation and construction teams, as well as subcontractors.
There is potential for growth in this role, with the opportunity to advance to a technical management position.
