SOCIAL CARE MANAGEMENT For our well-established residence, we are looking for a manager (m/f/d) for our social care department. WHAT TO EXPECT * A responsible management role with plenty of room for independent and creative work * An already established team of social workers and therapists * Company pension plan * Health promotion YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Implementation and execution of occupational therapies * Management and collaboration with in-house and external occupational therapists and physiotherapists * You play a key role in the integration of new residents * Planning suitable cultural activities and events * Promoting, advising, and developing your team * Responsible for the documentation of the social care department WHAT THE EMPLOYER IS LOOKING FOR * Completed vocational training or a degree in the social field (health, social work, etc.) * Experience in a leadership role * Strong communication and organizational skills * Fluent German language skills
