    **Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Office**

    Smyrna, DE / ~ Partner Practices ~ Partner Practices / Partner Practice We are looking to add an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy primary care practice in Smyrna. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, provide excellent patient experience and attention to detail, and work comfortably in a team environment.

    **Responsibilities** Check in/out patients quickly and accurately Complete insurance verification Verify patient demographic information at the time of scheduling appointment and upon check-in Monitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messages Complete patient outreach

    **Requirements** Prior Front Desk experience required, in a medical setting preferred Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills Experience with Amazing Charts Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
