Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.

Job Description

Primary Function: Ensure process-compliant batch release for downstream process steps

Independent inspection of batch documentation with all necessary individual tasks (e.g. manufacturing records, internal complaints, inspection orders, etc)

Ensuring deviation management (preparation of internal complaints)

Execution of batch releases (e.g. for semi-finished goods, goods receipt)

Preparation of the necessary documentation according to internal specifications (control charts, evaluations, etc)

Carrying out pallet release and special measurements according to specifications

Certificate procurement and organization of inspection lots according to instructions

Qualifications

3 years of vocational training in quality assurance

1-2 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance

1-2 years of experience in risk identification

Proven track record of priortizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Proficient computer skills including MS Office and spreadsheets

Organized, detail oriented and possess ability to multi-task

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal staff and management

Additional Information

Mon - Fri / 40hrs
8:00am - 5:00pm
