- Performing visual and dimensional tests in accordance with the test plan (without using large-scale measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines)
- Carrying out product-specific measurements (e.g. particle analysis)
- Special measurements of components and assemblies according to specifications
- Quality control release of production orders (e.g. for batch start-up)
- Verification of test results
- Reaction in case of deviation according to internal processes
- Support for measurement system analyses
- Continuous Improvement / 5S
- Compliance with standards and in-house regulations (SOPs, BVs, etc.)
- 1-2 years' experience using EDP/IT (especially MES)
- 1-2 years' experience using test methods and measurement technology
- Knowledge of QM guidelines
- Reliability
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
- Fluent in English
- 6:45am - 7:15pm
