    Global E-Commerce is a content E-Commerce business with international short video product as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products with affordable prices.

    Global E-Commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored, active and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce, short video content E-Commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead initiatives to integrate the E-Commerce marketplace with Sellers and 3rd Party Integrators (3PIs), while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Engage in detailed technical discussions and design exercises to educate Sellers, their development teams, and 3PIs about the benefits of leveraging TikTok E-Commerce's integration focused products and features.
    • Create and deliver impactful presentations, white papers, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to increase awareness and drive adoption of TikTok E-Commerce APIs.
    • Collaborate closely with Sellers and 3PIs to gain insights into their usage of our API services and provide valuable feedback to the product and technical teams for continuous improvements.
    • Demonstrate versatile skills to foster collaboration, architect solutions, analyze interconnected systems, conduct testing, and solve complex problems.
    • Forge strong partnerships with product management and product marketing teams to shape the API product roadmap and develop effective go to market strategies.
    • Facilitate the collection of customer feedback, distill and translate it into clear business and technical requirements for the product and engineering teams.
    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
    • 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
    • Experience working within software development or Internetrelated industries
